Cash-based trade planning

Trading stages & order risk — USD

Each phase now contains its complete trading plan: order risk, RR, profit target reference, and trade schedule. Only phases applicable to your selected program appear.

Trading stages depend on the selected program.
Two sequential strategies: Strategy 1 is used first. Strategy 2 becomes available only after Strategy 1 loses, and only if the remaining loss allowance and the daily trade limit permit another trade. These settings do not place orders.

01 · Phase 1 — Evaluation

Strategy 1 is first. Strategy 2 is allowed only if Strategy 1 loses and another trade is permitted.

02 · Phase 2 — Verification

Strategy 1 is first; Strategy 2 follows only a loss, if trading is still allowed.

03 · Funded — Payout stage

Two sequential strategies: start with Strategy 1; use Strategy 2 only after Strategy 1 loses, if another trade is allowed. No automatic boosted third order.

Funded payout eligibility is program-specific; the planning target below is only a simulation assumption.
A losing trade costs the selected stop-loss amount in USD in the cash-risk model.
Optional: advanced contract sizing & broker margin

Only needed to estimate actual order quantity and margin. These technical settings do not change your planned dollar stop loss. Without them, the strategy simulation uses the dollar risk directly and does not verify whether a real order fits.

NQ futures use a $20 value per index unit per contract, but broker margin must be entered. Gold contract size, volume increments and leverage vary by broker. Margin and executable order risk cannot be inferred from the dollar stop loss alone.

ONE SET · ONE ACCOUNT PER IDEA
Ready to simulate

Simulation uses stop-loss risk in USD and winning profit = risk × RR. It does not enforce executable lot sizes, exchange margin, intrabar drawdown or broker fills. This is a cash-risk planning model, not a historical backtest.

Simulation assumptions

Only trade win rate, trade frequency and simulation controls. All RR and stop-loss inputs are edited exclusively in Trading stages & order risk above.

Account size and published loss limits come from the selected Prop Firms account above. Only optional extra safeguards are editable here; firm-specific drawdown mechanics are not fully simulated.

Presets originate from prior illustrative models, not verified live funded-to-payout rates.

Net goal 3× means profit equal to three times challenge spending (total receipts must reach 4× spending). Linked scenarios use the selected account’s planning probabilities; these are estimates, not verified historical rates. Mirrored accounts have correlated outcomes. These are financial scenarios, not prop-firm rule or live-trading simulations.

Investments & return on investment

Compare costs and expected cash returns at different budgets without placing an arbitrary account-purchase cap.

Buying several accounts for the same signals multiplies exposure and expected dollar returns, but does not automatically raise expected ROI. It can increase correlated failures.

Mirroring does not create new independent signals. Any multi-account use must comply with FTMO's current rules on allocation, strategy and copying.

My Strategy Presets

Presets are saved historical snapshots of an account model. Loading a preset replaces the current working assumptions; it is not an automatically linked investment scenario. Use Investments & ROI for live comparisons without changing account rules.

Save this strategy as a new preset

The working calculation is saved as a separate named version.

New preset saves a separate copy. Update loaded preset replaces only that version. Other saved versions are unaffected.

Backups & portability

Presets are stored locally in this browser when storage is allowed. For reliable safekeeping and moving to another phone or laptop, download a backup file.

A backup includes all named presets and the current working scenario. It never uploads anything.

When opening the HTML on a different device or from a different file path, browser storage may not carry over. Import your backup there. The backup can also import the old single-scenario JSON format.

Saved strategies

Load any version to restore all its variables. Duplicate before experimenting.

How to interpret the results

Investment: purchased challenges × (challenge fee + optional fees). Expected collected payout: accounts × Phase 1 pass × Phase 2 pass × funded target success × collection probability × (net reward + eligible fee refund).

Net profit: expected receipts − total challenge spending. Net ROI: net profit ÷ total spending. 3× net: after receiving payouts, net profit equals at least three times what you spent, requiring total receipts ≥4× spending.

Pass rates default to earlier hypothetical model estimates. A simulation produces another estimate under simplified assumptions—it does not make historical or real-world payout probabilities certain. The dashboard does not include exact FTMO spreads, swaps, partial closures, news events, slippage, external trading-platform lot restrictions or all program rules.

For official conditions, check FTMO Trading Objectives and FTMO FAQ before buying or routing live trades.
